Web Store Re-Opens with New Organization and Functionality

Our web store, available at both controlco.com and shop.controlco.com, is back after brief maintenance. You may have noticed its new look.

In an effort to make it easier to find the best product for each job, we’ve reorganized the store into six categories, added new tag filters and streamlined the user interface. We also made it possible to sign up for training and pay for the class in the same transaction.

Know the part number you need? Enter it directly in the store’s search bar to find it quickly. Interested in browsing for new solutions? Click into any of the six categories and start narrowing your search by the tag filters on the left. Sort by device type, communication protocol, manufacturer, even Haystack tags.

My Account/Registration Details

If you have an existing account with Controlco, login and browse away. Not sure if you have a web store account? Can’t remember your password? Click My Account in the upper right hand corner of the store, next to the shopping cart. If you try to register and your email is already in the system, you’ll be prompted that you already have an account. From there, you can reset your password as needed.

For those who are new to Controlco’s online store, register for an account to see customer pricing, save items to quotes and create wish lists.

Where We Go From Here

We are still working out a few kinks and we’ll continue to improve and enhance as we go. Areas of focus: improving product descriptions, adding more data sheets and manufacturer guides to each product listing, product highlights and promotions.
