As a company with operations in both the Bay Area, CA, and Nashville, TN, we’re experiencing this pandemic from multiple jurisdictions and are working hard to deliver the product and support you rely on.
Our warehouses in California and Tennessee continue operations as normal. While we have yet to see limitations on supply from our vendors, we are in close contact and will notify you of any expected delays as soon as we know of them.
While we are limiting the number of in-person visits for now, our sales and support teams will be available by phone and email as always. Our web store continues to be a reliable source for fast ordering, especially on replacement parts you order regularly.
We already announced the postponement of our March Niagara Advanced training class and may have more changes to our Nashville training coming soon. But those are the only changes you should see for now.
