Building managers

Building managers – the position that oversees employee and visitor safety within a commercial or industrial building. The person in this position is responsible for building maintenance, repair and upgrades, environmental requirements and safety and health procedures relating to the facility for this they are managing.

It is becoming increasingly important that building managers have a working knowledge of computer programs as building automation systems become more digitally complex.
