Today, Controlco released the beta version of its new Niagara 4 haystack module to migrate building analytics data from Tridium’s open connectivity platform into haystack. This beta driver exports from N4 to SkySpark. The module is now available and interested parties can contact Controlco for the modules, which are supported via the haystack forum.
“We are always looking for ways to make building analytics more user friendly,” said Controlco President Brian Turner. “By giving away our new haystack module, we hope to introduce more users to the power of analytics and we’re looking forward to the questions and comments that will come from the forum discussions.”
Controlco developers will monitor the haystack forum for questions, comments, and improvement requests. While both the beta and full version of the module are free, and developers will respond regularly to inquiries through the haystack forum, users can purchase packages of support hours on an as-needed basis from Controlco.
The full launch is expected April 1, which will support writes from SkySpark to N4, a feature currently in development. Both the beta and full version are free.
Interested users can contact sales@controlco.com for a download link to the module, documentation and licensing package. Controlco welcomes user feedback on the beta and full versions through the haystack forum, or via email at sales@controlco.com.
