Is that a new lighting control system or are you just happy to see me?
For one reason or another, we’re seeing big emphasis on lighting controls these days and in our opinion, that’s excellent. So we’ll start there in this week’s news roundup:
Wattstopper released new wireless sensors and switches and then we heard about the Crees self-programming lighting control system which got us all excited. We’ve also been covering some aspects of lighting controls like the top three benefits and ideas on how to sell in the system to upper management.
Speaking of wireless, we got into an interesting discussion on the merits and pitfalls of wireless systems over on Control Trends. We’d love to hear your thoughts as well.
Honeywell released Pro-Watch M-5 Conversion to ease the pain of systems integrators everywhere.
And while we’re on the subject of systems integrators, we revisited this piece about the various ways to go about each project, from Facilities Net.
In other Controlco news, we created a YouTube channel with helpful tutorials on a range of our products. View them here.
